Design Build Projects
Javlee delivers a complete design build project tailored to your specific requirements. We have excellent working relationships with several architectural and engineering firms and together will work towards providing the exact requirements of our client utilizing the most cost effective materials and construction methods.
Turnkey Projects
As an added option to your project, Javlee can deliver a total turnkey solution. We have the flexibility to tailor our contractual arrangements to your specific needs or desires. We can also assist in arranging for bonding if it is required for your project. We are committed to the vision our clients have in mind.

For more than fifty years Javlee Construction has been involved in all aspects of project development and construction management. Our areas of expertise include major restoration, renovation and residential and commercial new construction. Where special problems need to be tackled, requiring specialized expertise, Javlee draws on a vast and diverse range of experience. We've built a reputation for resolving complex issues and meeting demanding time schedules, on budget and without compromise in quality.
Several of our projects, which were undertaken on historically designated sites have achieved awards from the Toronto Historical Board and the Heritage Canada Foundation.

Mel Greenspoon
Principal
Mel is involved in all project stages. He has over fifty years of management experience and consultation on construction projects throughout Canada. Mel specializes in construction management of luxury high rise and commercial, retail construction. He also serves as a consultant to a variety of domestic and international projects.
Jay Greenspoon
Vice-President
As Vice-President of construction, Jay joined Javlee twenty years ago and is involved with the day to day project management. He also oversees the interior finishing of all projects. Our clients rely on Jay to make sure their projects run smoothly because he has the trust of the best and most experienced high rise talent in the industry.
When you contract with Javlee, you will be assured of the direct involvement of the Principal and the Vice-President of the company and their personal commitment to your project and its successful completion.
